Needed a tie in for a sprinkler system, called and the next morning first thing the technician showed up, and handled the tie in for our customer/us. Prompt, professional, polite, and most of all SKILLED. Payne is the best!

Technician was punctual in responding to the service call. Arrived when he said he would arrive. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my water heater. Did not skip steps. Checked all components of the water heater. Kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! Chance and Jim came out to clear a blockage that 2 other plumbing companies couldn't clear. They were bound and determined to get it done and I was so relieved when they did. Replaced garbage disposal. Receptionist was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Technician replaced the disposal in less than 30 minutes. He was prepared, polite, friendly and neat. Provided service within 2 hours of calling them.

The two men that came to my house to do my plumbing and my AC would genuinely very nice respectful and patient they did a wonderful job I will welcome them to my home anytime those two gentlemen need a raise

We called around the end of September to get our A/C Unit serviced due to it constantly being hot in our office. Britt came out and advised us that our unit was too small for our square footage. We asked for a quote to upgrade and Aaron was quickly able to provide us with two separate ones. Among the other bids we received we decided Payne Mechanical was the best price and most knowledgeable about what we needed. Dakota and his install team took about two days. A few days after the new unit was able to run Jordan and Britt came out at separate times to check the overall function and make minor changes. Josh came out this week he did a great job and we appreciate his work with fixing our issue given he wasn’t able to diagnose the issue prior to replacing the fan motor. Which seemed to fix the issue at the time due to the loud annoying noise not occurring until hours after he left but when notified it was making the noise again he came out the same day we called the office. We have not experienced any issues since he made repairs.
I know it’s hard to specify who we would want on a job due to the amount of calls they run, but the ones mentioned above and two others that have not been out but I know their work would be ones we would request to be our “go to” for service.
We have not been disappointed with the service your guys at PAYNE MECHANICAL have provided us. They all show professionalism and just how knowledgeable they are in their trade and we appreciate that tremendously.

Our Technician was quick, he resolved our issue within 30minutes, explained what the builder had done, and how he fixed it. Simple & easy! We will be using this company for future issues.

Had a really good clog in both my bathroom sinks upstairs. Didn't quit till the job was done. Friendly, professionla and he cleaned up after himself! Won't use anyone else!
