Payne Mechanical Services

Work order was assigned thru home owner’s warranty company. Communication between home office & Longview office to me has a great need for improvement. Work was finally done after over a weeks’ time & tech plumbers were nice but I had to initiate calls several times to get it done... all works now except for hot & cold lines are reversed in master bathroom.

Needed our septic system checked. Plumber was on time and gathered the info needed to get the the right service to get the system repaired.

Great experience, came out quickly and got me working both times for my AC and plumbing!

Twice I have used the Services of this Firm. Prompt Professional Service! The Owner / Manager should be proud. Office Staff friendly and helpful. Plumber is miles ahead of others here in East Texas. I would almost bet he’s not from here. ( LOL )
I read other reviews of this company and I must say, seeing the “ Bill Will” review is a pure Travesty. It’s obvious that YOU Mr Will are the idiot . Reading your reviews (43 to be exact ) I have decided to give you a wee bit of advice . Mr Will , You would have a better chance landing employment if you extended your vocabulary a tad.
You sir, are Obtuse, Witless, Dishonest and Quite frankly rude. Google should remove this and 41 of the 43 reviews you so kindly took it upon yourself to post.
Shame on you sir, and shame on GOOGLE for allowing this nonsense exist!

Plumbing tech was prompt, courteous and professional. We appreciated his attention to detail and explanation of whst he was doing and why.

Anthony was very nice and knowlegable about what he was doing. They got my unit working like it was supposed to. Great job.

Payne Services were unbelievable prompt! Service tech Anthony was very friendly and explained everything, every step of the way! I strongly recommend using them and will be using them for any future service.

He always comes and fixed everything when it needs it I would recommend him to anyone. I can't say nothing but great things about Anthony.He keeps the Scale House at Norbord in Jefferson Texas happy and running smooth!!

Put a claim in with Home Warranty company for non-functioning hot water heater.. was assigned Payne Mechanical for repairs.. after initial conversation with Payne to discuss work claim, NEVER heard back from them, even after leaving a follow-up message with their answering service.. will NEVER use this company for any future plumbing needs!

Brian is always super helpful every time he comes out. He will explain anything you ask about the problem. Awesome work. Would recommended him/this company to anyone.
