Very professional and had us on the schedule for the next morning. They are always on time for appointments and explain step by step what the plan is to solve the problem. Would highly recommend this company. We have used them several times.

I called the company because I needed old spigots replaced; they were awesome at getting the old messed ones removed cleanly!! In no time the guys had the new spigots put on. One of the faucets wasn't working and they got the new one to dispense water!!!

Payne was recommended by my home warranty to replace my water heater. The water heater is working fine but they were very slow in responding and took three weeks to finally complete the job. They also charged me extra labor for the install of the water heater which was of course not covered by my warranty?? I should have just got the money from my warranty and did the job myself. I would not recommend them.

These guys are awesome! The tech was very knowledgeable, courteous, on time and so friendly! Getting to know Clinton was awesome! He got the heat up and running very quickly. We are so impressed with Payne Mechanical Services and plan on using them for all our future services!!! Give them a call and get the same great service you deserve!

Nvent assigned Payne Mechanical service to do warrantee service on my brand-new commercial Hoffman AC unit for a server cabinet unit. After a week of calling daily to get a tech to show up, Andrea stated that her supervisors kept pushing my service ticket to the back of the list. I had to go back to Nvent service after 7 business days and request a new service company who can show up next day, cause after a week of not getting an AC unit fix, the outside temperature was in the 102 degrees, my server equipment is more valuable than the AC unit, and harder to replace. So, if you’re looking to have any service work done by Payne Mechanical, I suggest looking elsewhere, you might get a faster response.

Quick response and repairs were done in a timely fashion. I will be using Payne again in the future

We contacted them because our plumbing was clogged and backing up throughout our house. They came out, let me know what the problem was, what it cost and had the problem fixed in less than an hour, I was happy I didn’t have to go and stay in a room another night.
