Used the fixed a leaky drain and issue with auto hot water system. They gentlemen where knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Very friendly and courteous.

Great customer service and easy to work with. They have went out of their way when a family member needed help with their unit on several occasions. Honored warranty and got it back up and running quickly. Honest workers, salesman and manager that I will continue to recommend to anyone.

They have also been great in supporting the surrounding community and are most definitely on your side!

I’m tickled to death with the speed and response time of Payne mechanical. Mr Bobby was thorough in his inspection and the two plumbers were very fast and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with how this project turned out!

The guys were very polite and got the job done quickly. The only thing was they didn’t have anything to place on the floor to cover my floors during their work or have their own cleaning supplies. They used a large amount of my toilet paper to clean up.

This was a diagnostic visit. James was able to quickly determine the cause of our AC problem. Parts are on order and we are hopeful to have a completed repair shortly.
