Always prompt and excellent customer service

These guys are the best at what they do. I had hired multiple companies before them to come out to my house and fix my air conditioning. NONE of the other companies were able to fix what was wrong. I wish I had gone to Payne Mechanical Services first. I could have moved into my house about two months sooner. Oh! I also use them for my business. They’re THAT good!

The work hasn’t been completed yet but service good so far

They were called out because I couldn't turn the hot water off in the tub. They replaced the washer. Went ahead and replaced the washer on the cold side. The technicians were very nice but the bill wasn't. But when you need a job done right, it's not cheap.

Payne was assigned by our home warranty company and we are so thankful! They arrived quickly, got us everything we needed, were incredibly professional, and had a completely new system installed in one day. I recommend Payne Mechanical to EVERYONE!

The best HVAC company around. Very professional and polite employees. I've used Payne both at my business and at my house. Anthony is the tech you want, he can fix anything. He replaced a compressor at my business and serviced my home. Very fast service and very reliable.

Payne plumbing came to my home and told me what the problem was with my bath and shower. They charged our home warranty and never returned to do the work. I had to fix the problems myself and never heard back from the company. The plumber who came to my house recommended we try to scam the home warranty company by telling them the shower was nicer than it was to get a better replacement. I said no but he still turned that in to the warranty company. I will not use this company again and recommend others avoid them and use a more reputable company.

The technician was polite, friendly, professional, and skilled. I would highly recommend Payne and will utilize them in the future without the home warranty service when needed.
