Employees did not clean up after themselves. Left my garage full of insulation from the attic. Took my trim off of attic staircase and didn’t put them back up. They did replace water heater but left job very unprofessional.

Bryan A. did an excellent job repairing our system that another company had installed incorrectly (through a warranty company - not my choice). He is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He suggested an additional filter system to help with my severe allergies and asthma and I am looking forward to that install and results. The office staff are also very friendly and get you an appointment ASAP. I highly recommend Payne Mechanical Services!

We have used Payne Mechanical for several years now. They are always very prompt and very courteous. They worked diligently to fix a problem without unit that required warranty questions. They got it handled for us. We have several neighbors who use them as well. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The one single time we had an issue with an employee (not an on-site tech, but an office employee), the main boss called us very quickly and the matter was handled and resolved. This is a good company!

They were very prompt, and speedy in getting us scheduled for our service. The man who came out to our appointment was very knowledgeable and kind. I'm so glad that we were able to solve our problem quickly. Definitely would recommend these guys! :)

The guys that came out to my house we very professional and took the time to let me know what all they did or was doing. Everything was put back the way it was when they arrived. This is the second time that I've used their service, through my home warranty, and I have been very satisfied with their service.

Payne was being used by our home warranty company, Fidelity. We had trouble getting them out to our place on Thursday, the person who handled their calls said the manager would be out by 12 and 2. He finally came by 4-5. Quickly diagnosed the problem of failed heating elements. He said he did not have the parts available so we called lowes to find out they had them(Lowes is 1 mile down the road). He said he could not go down the road to get them and replace them that evening, even though lowes had them on hold for us. I have a family of 6, and we had been outside and needed hot showers, and hadn't had hot water for a few days, and apparently one more... I wish I could say the next day went smoother, but it did not. We called multiple times that morning and they assured us they were on their way, and in the last call around mid afternoon they said they were waiting for approval from Fidelity. The manager Bobby finally came by late in the afternoon, without the parts, so he had to drive back to Lowes to get them. He also wanted me to drain my water heater and turn it all off which I've never done and was not comfortable with, and he was disappointed it was going to take longer than he wanted. An hour later is was done in a snap... a snap that seemed like he could have been done 24hrs earlier... they sent me a text to review them; and here is my review. Bobby was kind through the whole process, and assured us it would have been smoother if we had gone straight through them, instead of Fidelity.
