Was referred to Modern Mechanical by my home warranty company to repair my hot water heater. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The plumbers, Leo & Josh, arrived in the scheduled time window, were pleasant, informative & answered all of my questions…along with repairing my hot water heater! I was impressed, great customer service and professionalism!

Paul and Adam were great installing a tough HVAC system. They arrived on time, cleaned up behind themselves and explained how my new thermostat works, as well as showing me all the new additions to my system - such as the additional switch to turn the system off and the new valves. It was a great experience.

These folks are courteous & professional, with reasonable pricing on both service & parts. PLUS they do electrical & plumbing work as well! I have a semi-annual service plan with them that should increase the lifespan of my HVAC system. They catch problems BEFORE you lose AC or heat! They also send reminders & convenient texts when they're on the way. Very pleased! Glad I found them!

Paul and Travis arrived on time to install a new Lennox furnace system 4/15/15. Both technicians were professional and kind throughout the installation phase and answered questions as I asked them. They put tarps down, respected the area they worked in and did a truly wonderful job throughout the day. Once the system was installed and running both Paul and Travis explained the new equipment to me and then Joey the plumber for MM showed up on time as well later in the day to install the new hot water heater. He as well was completely professional and did a very good job. He explained everything to me that would be important to remember at the completion of his installation.
This was a very good experience and I appreciated all three representatives of Modern Mechanical and will recommend the company, staff and product to friends and neighbors.

Adam and Nelson installed my new HVAC and did an outstanding job! They were neat, professional, courteous and on time! They were also knowledgeable and took pride in their work, taking time to carefully explain things to me. It’s hard to find great customer service and quality work these days! I highly recommend both of them!

Quick and professional response by Henry. There was some initial confusion over warranty coverage, but it was handled with ultimate professionalism and politely. All was resolved and I continue to be loyal Modern Mech / One Hour customer that happily recommends company (and often do).

George was very respectful and honest. Gave me a great reasonable estimate to install a gas furnace and Air conditioning unit. He sent his best installer Paul and Adam from (one hour Heating and Air conditioning) and they did an amazing job. Both guys were very professional and knowledgeable. They were here all day working so hard in a really small tight space to install a gas furnace and an outdoor air conditioning unit. Their work is so clean and organized, they don't make a mess. Paul was a real wiz to figure out a way to install a humidifier in a space that was so small. He didn't give up and simply say "the area is too small, it doesn't fit I'm sorry" he had to do some additional work around to figure out how to install the humidifier since I told him its really important for me in a house with small children. These guys know what they are doing. They are experts at what they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Prices are very reasonable. I wish every company treated their customers with this much integrity and respect. Highly recommended!!

One of the worst customer service experiences in my life. HVAC broke over 1 month ago and it under warranty. They came out twice and needed more parts. They would not provide updates or even take my calls. The manager Abel would not take my calls or answer an email or text. Stay away from these folks. I would not do business with them if they were the last option in the universe.

Bob embodies customer service. From the get go he made it clear no question was dumb and ensured we understood what he was evaluating and what he could and would do for a lighting project we were considering. When he came to complete our living room recess lighting it was quick, clean, and efficient. He takes his time to make sure you are clear on everything electrical and is quick on the project side! Amazing service - thank you!

My experience with Kenny Best could not have been better. He had to find some innovative solutions in installing our new faucet and did so efficiently and effectively. Throughout he was patient and in good humor. I would ask for him fir any future work.
