Sean did an exemplary job for me today. On time, courteous, pleasant and an obviously qualified professional at the job. He educated me on my thermostat and the general care that's needed for my system. Very grateful to have found a new resource and he did a super job representing Eagle. Tx.

Eagle Pipe was the only business in the county that was able to respond in a timely fashion. They were professional and detail oriented from the first phone call through the completion of the maintenance done on our furnace. The tech, Sean, arrived on time, communicated well, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Will definitely use them in the future!

Sean came out to replace a blown fuse in the heat pump at our building on the Fort Worden campus. He diagnosed the issue (power surges- not the fault of Eagle!) and recommended corrective action. Sean was so helpful - we're grateful for the great service!

They were able to find the part I needed. Communication was key and I liked how Alisha was able to keep me informed. Very professional and on time. Definitely will use the for all my heating and ac repairs. I like that it is woman owned and operated.

I had the pleasure of having Bodie conduct a heating and air conditioning inspection recently, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his service. Bodie was not only incredibly timely and quick in completing the inspection, but he also had a pleasant demeanor that made the whole experience enjoyable. Sean completed the job quickly and showed me how to reset the air filter parameters. He is always pleasant , on time , and happy to answer any questions that I have about my system.

They put a new gas line in to add gas to our fireplace and kitchen. It’s vented with a nice pilot lighted burner and beautiful logs. They look so real and I love it! We’re now able to get a gas stove also. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Thanks Mike and Howard! You did an amazing job.

I would definitely recommend this company. The technicians arrived before the posted time. They communicated with me throughout the process and were mindful of making sure my pet was safe, closing the door every time they went out. They cleaned up and then showed me how everything worked. During the consultation, I felt no pressure. I was sold a furnace that was appropriate for my square footage and not hassled to buy something more expensive. They also installed my furnace two weeks earlier than scheduled because they knew I was without heat. Superior service and courteous, professional employees. Five stars!
