Again, Eagle Pipe did a superb job of installing my ductless AC system just in time for the summer.

I'm writing this review for the installing a new 2 zones mini split ductless and add new 220 volt electrical.

- Pricing: Shelby was attentive and knowledgeable during the estimate and provided us a very affordable quote.
- Services: Office staffs always answered the phone and courteous, polite and professional - Gold stars for fantastic customer service!
- Installation: When it came to installation Alan, Colton and Daniel performed their tasks efficiently, professionally and like a real team. It took them about 8 hours to complete the installation from begin to end. They laid drop cloths for their work areas and cleaned up as they went and they left the place sparkly clean afterward.
- Jim the electrician was also professional, kind, and did really clean work.

Eagle Pipe did a great job! We needed to remove the old duct for our remodel and had them install a less intrusive 3 1/2" duct to create more head space. Affordable and easy to work with.

Trystan replaced our aging furnace, the damaged cross over heating duct in the crawlspace, and the thermostat. Excellent job. Very pleased to have met Trystan, very happy with the work that was done.

Annually I have Eagle Pipe Heating & Air come to check on my gas furnace to make sure it is in good working condition for the Winter. Mike was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Another note of interest, Michael and his team, were installing a tankless water heater in my basement where my work studio is. They were very respectful about wearing face coverings. Not once did I see them do the under the nose. I'm pretending to be responsible shtick.

I contacted Eagle Mechanical in late August and provided detailed information about issues between my oil furnace and thermostat. Christie took the info and said she would return my call after verifying they could perform the work, which she did and put me on the schedule for September 23. I questioned how far out that was and she said that was the soonest the technician who is knowledgeable with oil furnaces was available. I patiently waited nearly a month only to receive an email on September 21 that they were canceling my appointment because they don't work on oil furnaces. I am a senior citizen who trusted what they told me. Temperatures in my house are 62-63 degrees and now I have to start my search again for a reputable company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT CONTACTING THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL LEAVE YOU OUT IN THE COLD!!!!!
