We needed a small duct replacement project done and Mike was able to come to our home quickly and the work is great! The office was easy to work with for scheduling and the pricing for our project was competitive. We’ll happily use Eagle again for future HVAC needs.

Their team was prompt to install and they're pricing was fair. I was recommended by a friend of mine and I will happily recommend them to other friends of as well.

My electric furnace only blows cold air, and I suspected that the heat element went out. I called Eagle and they sent the technician out the next day. Our technician was running late, and both the office and he called and texted me to let me know. The service and the communication were very efficient from begin to end.

Puget Sound Energy referred me to 2 companies to safely remove a gas-powered lighting fixture from my living room ceiling. Eagle Pipe had the best price and sent Michael out right away. He analyzed the gas pipes in the unfinished basement to ensure cutting the pipe would be safe. He also offered to remove some dead gas pipes from my basement which will make it easier to remodel in the future. BONUS! I would contact them again in a heartbeat. Really prompt, professional, and helpful.

Eagle Pipe heating & Air were a pleasure to work with on the replacement of an old furnace with a new one and the installation of a heat pump. Wonderful people! Always on time. Always helpful and respectful. I highly recommend them.

I very rarely post reviews but I had such a great experience with Eagle that I felt I should in this case. We had a problem with our heat pump unit at our house in Port Ludlow. We live in another state during the winter and had just arrived to find the unit making strange noises inside and out. After some brief online research I called Eagle and was promptly given an appointment for the following day (a Friday). There was plenty of communication so we knew exactly when Mike would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty fan motor) and located a replacement. The courier had problems delivering the new fan motor from Tacoma due to traffic tie ups and bridge closing.

I was expecting to have to wait until Monday to get the installation.
However, I received a message from Eagle saying Mike would be at our house at 7am on Saturday if that would be alright with us. Sure enough, Mike cheerfully showed up the next day (Saturday morning) and installed the new motor in about an hour. The price was very reasonable with no extra charge for the Saturday installation. All phases of the process were excellent. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Can't say enough about Mike, Jacob, Julio and Alisha there at Eagle. Have had nothing but a great experience with them and their services. I have extremely high expectations in general and most companies fall a little short, but they've exceeded my expectations.

I will use them for many future projects.

I wish I could point out one person as making this a 10/10 experience but I cannot. The lead, techs, business and officer managers were all professional and delivered a quality product. Timelines were met, communication was transparent and inspection was cleared. They interfaced with our building staff in a professional way as well as our other vendors and am proud to have used Eagle Pipe. I would recommend them to anyone in the need for the services that they render.
