I was very happy with the work done by Eagle Mechanical. Alisha was quick to answer the phone every single time I called. Mike came out for an estimate and a different Mike did the installation. They did great work at a fair price and I didn't have to book the work weeks out like so many contractors make you do these days. Can't wait to use my new gas range! I would definitely use them again.

Outstanding service, quality and price!

Mike and his crew (Jacob, Kyle, Kaleb and Alisha) were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with through the whole. They took on a complicated job of removing our exist heat pump system and replacing it with a new gas furnace and AC unit. The old unit was located inside the house, and the new unit was relocated in the garage. This took a great deal of expertise and imagination on Mike and his crew's part in order to reroute all the ductwork and electrical systems. The new system is absolutely fantastic, and we are very happy. We highly recommend Eagle, not only for the expertise and excellent service, but also for their very reasonable pricing. Alisha even registered our system with Bryant, so we didn't have to contact them regarding the warranty registration - truly great service!

We worked with Mike on our home in Seattle and liked working with him. He was efficient, worked within our budget and has a great personality. When it came time to build our home on Whidbey Island, we knew we would have a hard time finding a hvac company that would be willing to even come to the island. Mike does. We just finished all of the rough in and I really can't say enough. His crew was polite, dressed well and just all around nice "good guys". Mike again was great to work with. He's not a contractor that tosses your plans aside and does it "his way" (yes, we have had that happen). When I said I didn't want to hear the heating system, he recommended a great heating unit/system. He worked with us to make sure all of the piping was were we wanted it. If we said "center that on the window", it was centered. Where they cut through the exterior wall for gas piping, it was discussed where we wanted the cut and they stuck to it. They worked cleanly and efficiently and at the end of the job, the broom came out, and everything was swept up. The people at the office end are fabulous as well! Dedicated, very courteous, extremely efficient with scheduling, and very helpful with a guiding hand choosing a fireplace. Someone always picked up a phone. From the beginning to the end, you feel like you are working with a friend. Hands down, I would recommend Eagle Pipe Heating and Air to anyone!

Team was on time and very professional. We replaced water heater and furnace, and all jobs done in one day. There was an issue caused by other contractor, and the team came back the following day early AM to fix the issue. Thanks to Michael T and Jacob W. Specifically Jacob went above and beyond by assisting us with appliance issue.

From start to finish enjoyed the process of working with Mike, a caring professional who clearly enjoys his work and working with people. Last year, we received three estimates from other HVAC companies for mini-splits. Frankly, I don’t remember now where Mike’s estimate compares with the other three. Our circumstances have changed and what was important now was to get it done efficiently, and Mike and team delivered. We’re thrilled with our new AC so far!
