William Starkey was dispatched following a severe cold snap while it was raining heavily. Not ideal conditions. Our heat was on the fritz for the second winter and was found to be low on refrigerant again. The previous winter under similar conditions the service rep delayed addressing the issue till spring. In the Spring another technician came out and added 8 oz of refrigerant to get us operational. This Winter William troubleshot well beyond the previous technicians efforts, displayed extensive knowledge and had us quickly operational. He also recommended an damper upgrade, and has pledged to resolve the leaking refrigerant issue should it continue. We appreciated his service!
