Trevor and his buddy (apologizes, forgotten his name) let me know in a timely manner when they were arriving and did arrive on time. They were both professional when they carried out the HVAC service and gave me a detailed rundown of how the system was running. They even dealt with the annoying whistling sound from the maligned air filter. Very happy with the service!

James was very knowledgable and professional upon his visit for our scheduled maintenance. I appreciate a company that values and supports our veterans as well. Highly recommend!

My daughter recommended I call SoCo after receiving a very high estimate for another company. My water heater needed to be replaced, and she had used SoCo just a few months ago for the same service. I called SoCo as soon as they opened, and they had someone out to my house for an estimate before 9 am the same day! Wayne was very thorough, and even confirmed that I did need a new water heater. Billy and Dan were scheduled to come to my house between 1 - 3 pm that same afternoon! Billy called me at 12:15 pm and said he was on the way and would be there in about 15 minutes! Billy and Dan did a terrific job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They cleaned up the mess so well you couldn't even tell they had been there! The estimate is exactly what I was charged, which was a little over $1,000 LESS than what the other company quoted me. I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing and heating services!

Fantastic service! Previous owners, left our furnace a mess and ducts hadn’t been cleaned since the home was made. Garret repaired my furnace to running like it was brand new! Matt and Makana both cleaned my ducts and we could instantly tell the air quality in the house! The entire crew was on time, wore boot covers to keep our floors from getting dirty. They were all very friendly, professional, and conducted fast and quality work at an affordable price! I definitely recommend this company to anyone and become a member, it saves you alot! Fantastic service! They were able to get us an appointment first thing Monday morning after our heat had gone out over the weekend. After a quick and detailed explanation from their technician, Tim, he was able to get parts ordered and come back that afternoon to get our furnace running again. Will definitely be using them again!

The installers were very professional and patient in regards to my numerous questions. They installed a condensing furnace with direct venting, which I knew little about. Every question was answered in a professional and polite manner. The quality of work was very good. They had a very good attitude, and strove to please me as a customer. This was my first experience with SOCO Heating. So far, I am comfortable with giving them a five star rating. They earned it.

Wayne was amazing servicing our air conditioner. He was quick and efficient..... also got us an appointment quickly to get a quote for a new furnace.

Thayne came to give us a quote for a furnace within a couple days. He gave many options and explained what each option included. We decided to move forward and 3 days later they were here to install.

Clint and Devin installed our new furnace and did a great job! Moved our thermostat with little damage to the wall and completed the job in 6 hours! Very happy with their work!

Thayne did a follow up visit and explained all the “features” with our furnace and made it clear he would resolve any issues we currently had or would have in the future. He has an amazing customer service attitude!

I highly recommend becoming a member of the cozy club. Our pilot light on our furnace wasn't working one morning and they were able to send a repair technician out without 2 hours of my call!
We also received a duct cleaning from Joe and Mike and they were very compassionate and kind.
