SoCo Heating and Cooling

Someone recommended SoCo Heating and Cooling for a furnace issue we were having and I am very happy that I contacted them. I called when our heat went out and they were able to come out same day to do a diagnostic. Jacob came by and was very friendly and professional and explained exactly what he was needing to do and took the time to answer my questions about what repairs were needing to be done. 2 repairs were needed and he only had the parts to replace 1 of the issues. Before he left he was able to get me on the schedule for the next day. Trevor was the technician that we had the pleasure of meeting for the second repair and he was very friendly and professional. SoCo Heating staff (including the lovely lady that took my call to begin with) have been so friendly and amazing. I will recommend anyone that needs A/C, heating or electrical work to contact them. Thank you guys for what you do!

I had Cozy Club with SoCo which provides annual tune-ups as well as free diagnostic calls.
After 14 years, it was time to replace the furnace and a/c. Alejandro and Erik were fantastic. They were professional and kept working until the job was done. They even patiently taught me to use the new thermostat. They were the Dream Team.

Josh who came on the no heat call was also fantastic.

Amazing experience as always with SOCO. New AC install with Alejandro and Erik yesterday went extremely well. These guys worked extremely hard non stop all day, we’re very respectful of the home, and informed us every step of the way. Sales follow ups were perfectly timed and the team at SOCO walked through any issues that arised with grace.

Soco heating and cooling had come out to do a simple A/C tune up for the season coming around. Brian and Trevor were absolutely amazing!

They were so easy to talk to, great personalities and any question I had they made me feel comfortable asking that question by the way they would answer. They make a point to make sure you don't feel dumb for asking even the simplest of questions. Not only were they prompt, and professional but they were super friendly as well. 5/5 recommended!

Highly recommend SoCo Heating and Cooling!! We are getting ready to sell our home and needed to have our AC inspected. Josh came out to our house to do an AC tune up and inspection. He was friendly, personable, prompt and showed us pictures of everything. It was discovered we needed our AC evaporation coil cleaned so we made an appt for a different day to have that done. James and Mike came out to do it, they were both really nice, on time and told us how everything was going throughout the whole process. We loved that we saw before and after pictures of everything too. Josh, James and Mike went above and beyond and we would recommend them to anyone!!

Had SoCo heating and air come out for an estimate on installation of a whole house humidifier. Trevor Lento was highly knowledgeable, informative, and kind. Fantastic service and great representative of the company.

Furnace stopped working suddenly, called SOCO they got us an appointment same day. Trevor was an all star and got our system up and running quickly. He walked us through everything very educational and helpful.

Just finished at gym and got home to no hot water. Could not get pilot lit. Called and they had Andrew and his assoc. come out PRIOR to the appt and they were able to diagnose and because of our Cozy Club membership?...no charge. Brian was on time, helpful, informative and courteous. In and out with no mess or fuss.
