We had a wonderful experience using SoCo Heating and Cooling. Our technician, Mr Aaron was one time, professional and courteous. He took the time to explain and show me what repairs were needed. My HVAC and water heater are now in tiptop shape. I appreciated his awesome attitude and highly recommend him and his team. Thanks again SoCo and Mr Aaron!

Highly recommend this company! We purchased a home that was built 2 years ago and were pretty shocked when our heat stopped working. With an infant in the home we needed to figure out what was going on asap. We could not be more pleased with the service we received. James was an amazing technician who not only figured out our issue quickly, but took the time to educate my husband and I on what caused the heating failure. SoCo will absolutely be our go to company from now on.

We had Trevor out to fix our boiler, yes we have a boiler in our house. When I tell you I've had almost every other company in town out at some point promising their "boiler guy" could fix it, I'm not exaggerating. Trevor is the real deal! He is a genuine boiler guy and knew exactly what was going on. He fixed it in minutes, saved us money and headaches from other companies guessing at the problem. I was so happy with his work I immediately called their office and scheduled a tune up. What a relief it is to find such a wonderful honest company that employs professionals like Trevor.

Update: I had Trevor and Shawn out for a boiler tune up. I thought I had lucked out finding ONE good boiler guy, now I have TWO! They knew exactly what they were doing. I stood, watched and asked questions since I've been told so many wrong things about my boiler in the past. I have wasted a lot of money/time with other companies. You know you have great boiler guys when they have pictures of boilers on their phones. Boiler nerds! Also, my dog loved them, which means they are good people too.

My wife scheduled a service while I was away for work. The technician went over our system and it was pretty dirty. However, that was the only problem. The technician pulled the bs of telling my wife our igniter wasn't getting enough power. Our igniter was replaced in September before I left for work. He replaced ours with a generic, fine if ours was truly not functioning. He cut the wires to the igniter that was just replaced to wire in his post. Today I wired mine back in. And wouldn't you know. I was charged $350 to replace something that was 100% fine and had just been replaced . Not cool Soco. Not cool

This was my first experience with SoCo Heating and Cooling, and I was very impressed with Jacob, our technician. He was extremely professional, friendly, and on-time. He did an exceptional job inspecting and cleaning our furnace, and also provided good advice on installing a humidifier system. I also recommend signing up for their "Cozy Club." It's an exceptional value. Thanks again, Jacob!

I highly recommend this company. I appreciated how easy it was to schedule service online and how quickly they were available. The technician Aaron was professional, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. He realized I needed vent cleaning and a few repairs. The company was able to send the vent cleaning crew out immediately. These two men were also hard workers and great at explaining the situation. We have a 1950's house that was overdue for service as well as having unique issues. The total cost seemed appropriate as between the two crews they worked around 5 hours and did so much. I signed up for their membership as well so we will have them return in September to check out our heating.

I was impressed with the courtesy of SoCo from start to finish. Tim and Trevor were unable to repair my old unit but gave me a very fair estimate and answered all of my many questions. Billy and Westley were very professional, clean and respectful of my home all day throughout installation. Shannon was great with getting me hooked up with financing and ensuring that the work was done correctly. I will definitely be going back to SoCo heating and cooling for any future HVAC needs.

SoCo is a great company, and their Cozy Club is well worth the money for the discounts and free tune-ups you get. We've used them when we lived in a house with central air and heat, and also in our new home that has a boiler and radiant heat. Trevor came out today for our fall boiler tune-up and did a fantastic job, pointing out areas of concern and giving us multiple options on how to fix them. SoCo is very reliable, and has always made time to fix any emergencies we've had. We highly recommend them for any HVAC or boiler needs you have.

Dro and Daija did a fantastic installation of our tankless water heater. Team arrived on time and stayed within their estimated window on site. Very happy with the product, service and price.

Trevor and Brian conducted routine service and did an excellent job. Very professional and thorough and discovered an issue that is luckily still under warranty. The technicians are phenomenal.
