SoCo Heating and Cooling

We have had the worst luck with hiring companies to work on our home. So it was wonderful to have a great experience especially with a purchase like a new A/C unit. We had the technician diagnosis our 32 year old unit and was very upfront on our options of repair and expectations. I requested info on a new unit and he did not push the most expensive unit he pushed what unit was going to be best for our home and family. We then decided on a new unit and had to call the office for payment and scheduling. We were not happy originally because we were given the impression that turn around was going to be fairly quick for install and we were told it would be almost a month out. We scheduled anyways. Thankfully the lady at the office contacted me next day on a Saturday that they were able to get us scheduled that week. We were thrilled that they managed to make a window for us. The install day was smooth and they worked quickly and got us running A/C again. They were very knowledgeable and patient when teaching us about our new thermostat. We are so thankful for the work and care put into our experience and

Trevor and Brian came to assess a problem with our boiler. They took the time to explain the issue and what the solutions were. The follow-up was quick and am looking forward to having hot water!

Ian was my repairman and he came to inspect my heater, halo, and humidifier systems for the winter season. He not only did that but he checked another system in my house that I asked if he could look at and he noticed a problem in another place and fixed it without my asking. He also found that the capacitor on my heater was about to go out and asked if I would like it replaced . I did and he replaced it. He was very helpful and gave me any discounts that applied. He cared and that's nice to see nowadays.

We lost heating in our HVAC this morning and woke up to a house a 56 degrees. Our system is 23 years old so I was terrified that we’d be paying for a new one and have to wait several days before getting on someone’s schedule.

Not only was SoCo able to get us on the schedule but our tech James was able trouble shoot and fix the issue in under an hour. Which is amazing because we had family starting to come in for the holidays today. It would have been a cold week for everyone if it weren’t for James and SOCO heating and cooling. We also signed up for their “bougie” membership which gave us another discount and means we get priority service, and no more service fees. Totally worth it in my opinion because we’re probably going to have more issues.

Super happy with the service and when we… inevitably have to replace our system we’ll be reaching out to James and SoCo again!

Alejandro and Erik did a great job installing our furnace and heat pump. Professional, clean work site, exceptional work ethic.

SoCo Heating and Cooling installed our new ducted Heat Pump, Aux Furnace, and water heater. Alejandro and Erik spent 2 long days at our house completing all of the work required for a full new system. They were very thorough and professional and communicated very clearly throughout the install to help work around our family's schedules.

I've been using SoCo for a few years now and honestly it was the best decision I've made for my home to date. I've had the Cozy Club for a while and it makes seasonal tune-ups incredibly convenient. But, I'm not here to write about all of that. SoCo, and more specifically Donelle and Daija, performed a full swap of my existing A/C and furnace a few days ago and I couldn't say enough good things about how it all went. Seamless. Easy. Perfect. From the permits to the installation of the new equipment to the removal and disposal of the old items - it was as simple as it could be for me. They were incredibly professional, ensuring that the installation had nearly zero impact on me and my scheduled. Arrived on time, started on time, finished well before the end of the day - walked me through the new thermostat to ensure I had it all down. Honestly, Donelle and Daija made this experience as low impact as possible - and that was truly the best. I'd give them 15 stars out of 10 if I could.

They have ensured I'm a customer for life because of this and one more thing. I've asked every technician that has come out to work on my house (both from SoCo and any other services I'm using) one question - "how do they like working for XXX company?" And to a person, every single technician for SoCo has raved about SoCo Heating and Cooling. It appears they truly take care of their personnel - and show it through training and other opportunities. That makes it easy for me to recommend SoCo Heating and Cooling. Top notch company.
