SoCo Heating and Cooling

Just used SoCo Heating and Cooling to help get our whole house humidifier back up and running. Trevor from SoCo was amazing! He was on-time, professional, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing when it came to HVAC work. Highly recommend and will ask for him by-name if additional service is needed in the future.

John at SOCO came out to do a second opinion on the need for a furnace replacement and gave me an honest analysis. He was friendly and thorough.

Trevor was awesome and knowledgeable. Came to check out our furnace and ducts and gave us an honest opinion on the conditions and what needs to be done. Will definitely use SoCo again thanks to him and the affordability they offer.

We used SOCO for the first time for our annual furnace tune-up and were quite impressed with their friendly, professional service, beginning to end. Online appointment setting was simple, with cost of service provided upfront and email confirmation sent. On the day of service, Trevor and Shawn gave ample notice they were on their way, and arrived as stated on the call. They were courteous, respectful of our property, explained their process, and SMILED. No cranky service techs here! They worked efficiently, with no seemingly dubious “findings” of expensive repairs we’d “need” or upselling of any sort. Once done, Shawn knowledgeably walked us through how our furnace fared on the written 20-point checklist, collected payment (which was FAR less than we previously paid to other companies), and wrapped up the appointment in a timely manner. Trevor even loved on our slobbery dog—much to her delight—before heading out. Great guys, great service, great company. We will definitely use SOCO for our heating and cooling needs going forward.

Garrett Did a great job, was on time and timely Heating maintenance. Also answered all questions i had.
**Update** I've been using SOCO for a few years now, part of the cozy club and they always take care of my needs and what's best is I trust them with working on my heating and cooling needs. In the future I'm quite sure I'll be using them to install a heat pump.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. In March, we needed a brand new electric heater installed. Sunshine and Woody got someone out to help us quickly, as it was still cold and snowy. Billy and Devin worked for hours putting in the furnace. There were electrical issues with the original wiring, but SoCo had electricians get everything up to code. Every person we came in contact with was always professional and did a great job. I would use them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

Trevor Lento arrived with a positive attitude. He was so personable that he stoppped before going down into my crawlspace to ask me how my Thanksgiving was. He was professional throughout and showed us pictures of what needed to be cleaned down the road. He ran through all of the services SOCO does, which is helpful for when I might need help with an electrical issue, etc. Thanks Trevor!!! You made my day!!!

I have used SoCo several times now and they are always prompt & efficient. Aaron recently did an excellent job with my AC & Furnace tune up. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.
A big shout out to Joe & Michael too! They did an exceptional job cleaning out our very dirty air ducts & dryer vent. Couldn't be happier with SoCo's level of customer service.

SoCo stepped in when another company failed to complete the furnace installation. Our initial questions were answered honestly and professionally, and the appointment was scheduled timely.
Aaron, was our technician. He was absolutely fantastic. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to get all systems functioning correctly and explained their operations. GREAT experience!!

We found this company because our AC stopped working at the beginning of this year. The guy they sent over to look at the equipment was great. He got us back up and running and gave us a quote for some other work we needed done.
A couple weeks later we decided to replace our furnace and get our ducts cleaned and sealed. We shopped around a bit from different companies but SOCO was by far the best and would complete all the work in two days. All of the guys were so nice and super helpful. They completed the work in a day and a half and walked us through everything they installed. The guys were sure to clean up after the install and the equipment has been running great.
We highly recommend SOCO heating and cooling. Also their cozy club membership has been worth the money!
