Collin was terrific. He called 20 minutes before arrival, resolved the problem quickly & efficiently, and got my furnace up & running in short order. It's always a great experience with John Betlem Heating & Cooling. My heat went out overnight, and the house was cold. Called 271-888, and they had me scheduled within a 4-hour window later that morning - WOW! Collin arrived very near the start of the 4-hour window that the phone representative had provided, so I wasn't waiting all day. Once the problem was fixed, the house was warmed up in no time. I can always count on John Betlem Heating & Cooling for prompt, reliable, expert, & courteous service - no matter the time of year, day of week, or time of day. Awesome! Thanks!

Had used a local competitor for years but had grown dissatisfied with their service. Tried John Betlem based on a family recommendation and came away very happy. Just routine service at a home we had just moved into but Nick H was a pleasure to deal with. He called ahead and was prompt. Regular seasonal maintenance. Service provided by Scott. Scott found a problem with the valve that had been troubling me for awhile. He is fantastic, very skilled! We very much appreciate Betlem and Scott.

I had an outside outlet that kept tripping the breaker, Dawson and his tech worked in the rain to get it fixed quickly. Price was fair.

Not only were they able to install a new system quickly, before I really needed it for winter, they also did it in a budget that worked for me with zero sales pressure. I am keeping the maintenance contract I have going as it seems reasonably priced and it lets me have one less thing to worry about.

Tankless water heater installation of a replacement of a unit that could not be fixed. Very good service was done on short notice by a knowledgeable professional.

I received an appointment within 2 days of calling and this was not an emergency service. The techs arrived early which was a great surprise. I did receive a call verifying that an early arrival worked with my schedule. The techs were pleasant and knowledgeable and wore booties so that my carpets did not become dirty.
