Wow, so happy with experience with this company. First time customer, had established service with other company that charged 50.00 more for same service, annual cleaning and furnace check. Had John Betlam come out, from the first moment I met technician ( Irving ), I knew this company was different. He was professional, enthusiastic, had a warm manner, and made me feel comfortable being alone with him in the house, usually get that weird sketchy feel from some contractors. He took his time performing the service, recommended a replacement part, and explained what it was, and how it worked. He showed me the new and the used part, and I trusted his honesty. I will now be a loyal customer, and HIGHLY recommend this company.

Sure there are other companies who perhaps can do it cheaper , but when it comes to our home , we set our sights on quality. The company was able to come out and look at our non-functioning furnace on the same (frigid) day when other places were telling us it would be two days. They were professional and communication was great. We’d been using another local company, but we’re so pleased with this one that we got a service contract and will definitely use them going forward. All of the technicians we saw were knowledgeable and great at explaining what was going on.

These guys were amazing! Mike truly saved us THOUSANDS of dollars by informing us of all the current programs and specials available to us. He was also very professional, kind, and attentive to everything. Very responsive to all my texts and phone calls as well. Highly recommend! Thank you Mike!

As part of my annual maintenance contract, the John Betlem service technician, John 'Marty', performed a maintenance check of our home furnace system. He was friendly, professional and completed the job quickly and efficiently, including the replacement of the furnace filter and the humidifier panel and adjusting the humidifying conditions for our home. The service rendered by John Betlem since joining them several years ago has been and continues to be outstanding.
