Hero Heating and Air

Great Service from Hero Heating and Air. We originally used them to redo our ductwork in our HVAC closet since it was done improperly by another company use actually placed the new unit. We joined the service club at that point because we’d be silly not to AND it comes with the maintenance calls (I suggest you get that program)
Today was our first service appointment and Dalton was fantastic - on time, super thorough and seemed like an overall, really good dude.
Appreciate the wonderful service we have received from Hero, this far.

Quick update. Just got an email with pics tied to my completion invoice. Amazing addition to actually see how the system looks and have it documented.

Shawn H. was wonderful! He was on time, called me when he was 10 minutes out, and waited on me. Very professional, honest, polite, thorough and efficient. Took 60 photos of my 20 year old HVAC and explained anything he noticed that may be of concern but didn't try to push buying a new unit immediately which says a lot about his candidness. He's now my go-to guy!

Shawn M was our tech this morning doing our maintenance and he was awesome.
Showed up on time, was super thorough and notified us on everything that he did. No issues, so no problems to tend to.

Charlie and Matt arrived on time to install our new air handler and compressor for the AC. They were in and out in 4 hours, well ahead of what I anticipated. Clean, professional, and quick. The overall experience with Hero Heating and Air was excellent and I highly recommend them.

I don’t leave too many reviews but Charlie and Matt were great. Called Hero in to fix a botched install from another local contractor. They had quick turnaround times, guys were professional and work was done at a fair price. Won’t ever go anywhere else for HVAC needs.

Charlie and Shawn showed up promptly and went directly to diagnosing the problem. They were able to quickly find the issue and found that there was a defective part in the air handler. Very much looking forward to seeing them again soon with the replacement parts. Excellent customer service is something that I always appreciate about working with Hero and Charlie and Shawn definitely hit the mark.

AJ is awesome! On time, consciousness, careful, considerate, thorough, friendly and an overall nice guy. Plus, what’s not to love with the way he always wears the protective disposable booties when he comes in the house. :)

These people are great. They responded to my call and scheduled service quickly. Before Kevin arrived, they sent me his picture and a little bit about him, so I would know who was at the door. And shortly after he arrived, he had figured out exactly what the problem was, and ordered equipment and a return call immediately. Debbie and Kevin are professional and knowledgeable—and they even have a sense of humor! I recommend them highly.

Big thank you to Dalton for coming out and doing our pm service. We had our AC installed a year ago and it’s still working great. Dalton provided a detailed report on our system and we are good to go for our next pm service.

I had an excellent experience with Hero. The sales associate was very professional. He was on time and provided a quick and fair quote on a ductless mini-split. The team was out the next week to preform the install, the were also very professional. They were on-time and the quality was excellent. I would definitely recommend Hero. 5 star service!!
