I cannot give enough praise for Scott at Hero. He arrived ahead of schedule to diagnose an ongoing problem with our hvac system - just 3 hours after we called in the problem. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and keeps working on the problem until he’s certain he’s resolved the core issue, not just the symptom. Very happy with Hero as our service provider!

I chose Here AC after calling 6 companies. They were small and family run. I had been with a large company for the past 10 years and found them unreliable. Their yearly contract price kept going up and the maintenance kept going down. Hero spent a little short of an hour at my home. Rick and now Charles were my technicians and are the best. They took a lot of time doing my maintenance, while showing me everything he did. I've never had and A/C guy spend this much time taking care of my unit. He was right on time, changed my filters and assured me all was well. He never tried to sell me anything or tell me a I needed something I didn't! I am very impressed with Hero and their contract price is so fair for the time they spent.
