Very thorough! Kind. Charlie had good knowledge of system and repaired faulty wiring. He also found a water leak issue which we’ll have repaired.

Second time using Hero. Water was pouring out of our upstairs return vent. Andrew came and immediately recognized it as a drain line issue and fixed it in very short order. Love these guys. Great communication.

Cedrick Simmons was very professional. He diagnosed our AC problem quickly, provided the replacement component, checked the whole system and had us up and running within a couple of hours. Our air handler unit is not placed in an area that’s easy to access but Cedrick got to it without any problem and without complaint. He was polite, competent and eager to provide excellent service. Daniel Ford was our maintenance guy. He was delightful. Knowledgeable, explained everything. Professional, made suggestions but was not pushy. Will definitely request him again.
