Not all Heroes where capes! Such was true with Charlie Hulcomb and Scott Fairfield who came to our aid on the day before Christmas Eve and saved us from freezing during the Winter Bomb Cyclone of 2022. They were quick, meticulous and good humored as they got our heat pump up and running in a rental condo on the Isle of Palms.

Hero Heating and Air has once again done a fabulous job. Because this was a very expensive repair and parts replacement, Smiley double-checked to make sure of the problem before installation. Charlie lent a hand to get the job done. They were thorough and professional as well as courteous. They make customer satisfaction a priority.

Charlie H was super professional and was here in literally 30 minutes. I called late on a Sunday to let them know our system was making all kinds of noise and cutting off. I told them it’s no rush if they need to wait to send someone out to look at it tomorrow, but they said it was no problem and responded right away. Amazing service!

Our technician did a fantastic job. Our system was super dirty - we used a different company in CHS then found out they really didn’t do maintenance that we paid for it what we agreed upon. Rick Simmons was out tech at Hero who saved the day. he spent double the time cleaning it out and getting everything in tip top shape. Amazing man and work ethic. Thank you Rick. Thank you Hero!

Jeff and Ian were very professional as they added two runs and 4 vent covers in our room above the garage. They were persistent and careful with their work, and replaced all furniture carefully back in place. I highly recommend their services.
