My AC unit was not cooling. It was a pleasant surprise to have Cedric not only come today, a Sunday, but arrive very quickly. I have to say, I've never received more professional, friendly and thorough service. Upon introducing himself to me and confirming pertinent information, Cedric went to work on identifying the problem. He kept me informed along the way and made a point of making sure I understood everything he was doing and exactly what the issue was. For someone with a broken AC and 81° temperature in my home, it was an amazingly positive experience. I worked in customer service for many years and I understand how challenging working with the public can be and how important excellent customer service skills are. Cedric certainly possesses outstanding customer service skills and I am very pleased with the service provided me.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but we’ve tried for 6 months to fix an issue with the service we’ve received from Hero. The team performed a repair and charged us for work that wasn’t the cause of the problem. We’ve spoken with several team members but we continue to receive bills for the service that never fixed the issue.

We actually had to replace the entire unit after Hero came out and mid diagnosed the issue.

We’re more than happy to come to the office and meet with the owners in person to discuss this issue. The overall team demeanor has been pleasant except we continue to receive bills for work that did not fix our system and like was the cause of us having to completely replace the unit entirely.

Hero heating and air provided a same-day repair for my broken fan motor at a very reasonable price. My technician Kenny was so professional and timely, and was able to implement an interim fix while we waited for a repair part to arrive. It was truly a pleasure working with Hero, and I plan to use them again in the future.
