Had an unexpected guest climb in our condenser unit and it ended poorly. The capacitor and numerous wires were charred as well as the varmint. I called Cooper’s after using them before for an issue. Scott came out first thing in the morning and was as friendly and professional as they come. He walked me through what the issues were and replaced the capacitor and surrounding wires quickly. He checked all the logistics of the actual unit to make sure it was running at peak. He also walked me through quite a few other tricks to keep the unit running efficiently. We signed up for the monthly plan and that saved us money on the parts as well! He was knowledgeable about every single aspect of the job and couldn’t have been more kind. Call them if there’s an issue. They are transparent, affordable, and have good people at every step.

Coopers came out on a same day notice and we’re very professional and personable. Matthew was especially helpful and pointed out things that were missed during an inspection I had done and was more than willing to help us and fix it. He had us up and running on the same day. The Cooper Plan was something we were interested in and it was offered at such a great price and very much worth it. We’ll always use this company.

I am so thankful for Cooper’s Plumbing & Air! Though they were very busy, they managed to get me on their schedule immediately and I received updates throughout the whole process.

I don’t no where to start about Scott! He did an amazing job. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and knew just what the A/C unit needed. Scott went above and beyond to help me and my family. Awesome job Scott!

We contacted Cooper’s Plumbing and air in two different occasions. We had a plumbing issue in our kitchen and were able to schedule a plumber right away the next day. He was very kind and respectful. He quickly showed us the problem and corrected the issue.

We also had our AC inspection and found out it was barely working. We worked with Chip Nix who was just wonderful. He gave us a timeline and answered all our questions. He showed us different options we could purchase at fair prices. The installation was fast and efficient. The team that took away and installed our new system were so polite and respectful. They had to work in the attic which is located through a small door in my child’s closet. They made sure not to dirty her room which I thought was so sweet and caring of them.

We love our AC unit and look forward to getting other things updated in our home. I highly recommend them. They truly care about families and fostering a lifelong relationship with their customers.

I have been using Coopers for 25+ years. I recently had one of my two A/C units kick the bucket. I called Coopers and they responded quickly and had my new unit in within 3 days. Needless to say once the new unit was in my other unit stopped working. Long story short the Coopers tech had made a major error in the installation of the new unit that affected my other unit. As soon as the mistake was discovered Coopers bent over backwards to make it right. They got my units running and worked in the rain to get it done asap. Paige Earp was the lead on the “let’s correct this” team and was so conscientious of getting the problem resolved. Tony Cooper stepped in and made the wrong right to my advantage. Thank you Cooper’s for accepting responsibility and doing the right thing.

They got someone out to me the next day, Kenneth was professional, thorough, and kind! The general manager stopped by to help him out. Im very happy to see their management supporting technicians and the communication between dispatch and my technician was flawless! The pricing was extremely reasonable and inclusive of preventative servicing as well as warranty.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Our AC went out on a Sunday afternoon and they had us back up and running the same day. The person who took my initial call (I wish I could remember his name) and Ryan, the person who did the repair, were both professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

We joined the Cooper Club for regular maintenance to avoid situations like this in the future. So, so pleased.

I would definitely recommend using Cooper's for your plumbing needs. I am renovating our hall bathroom and planned to install a new toilet by myself. However, I discovered the previous one was not done correctly and the pipe and flange would need to be repaired and raised to avoid leaks. I called Cooper's and they sent Jonathan out the next day. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable explaining the steps and flat pricing up front. Jonathan was able to repair and prep the floor, then come out two days later to finish the installation. Everything looks great and it's comforting to know it was done correctly this time. Great job - thank you!

Paige, Nic, and Justin did an excellent job installing my new ac unit. They were very customer friendly and also got the job done in a timely manner. They were willing to answer any questions I had about my new unit.
