Coopers is quick and professional. I have had 2 emergency’s and they responded quickly and resolved my issues. Jonathan arrived this morning and had my toilet unclogged within minutes. I appreciate the level of customer service Coopers provides. They are consistent and I highly recommend them.

The technician Bobby arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all of my questions and was quick about getting the issues fixed.

Dan came out today in a severe thunderstorm to fix our AC's broken capacitor. Fixed quickly and a nice guy. Thanks!

Ritz Carlton level of service. A/C died, holiday weekend, I couldn’t get anyone out immediately until I called Coopers. The front office staff were lovely and fantastic to work with, they got someone out even quicker than they had estimated.

I want to change my review, as we have had our Renai, for ONLY 7 months, EVERY time it there's a storm and it senses ANY MOISTURE, even when we can't find ANY,it sets off an ANNOYING ALARM! When we called Cooper's to check on it, Kelly told my husband; "HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE", so he He would come and check on it , for $85, EVEN THOUGH, it STILL under WARRANTY!

Cooper's is a very well known business. I really like the employees especially Paige Earp. She is a awesome person. Always friendly and courteous.

Daniel Eppes was amazing during his service visit to our home. He was very professional, informative, and made sure we knew what was going on with our system. We look forward to using Cooper’s again.

The AC at my Airbnb stopped working suddenly. I needed an emergency fix as guest were staying at the Airbnb. From the moment I called, Mary was very responsive and professional she was able to ensure that a technician visited the same day. The technician, Nathan, was also very professional, with effective communication skills. He called to update me of his findings and recommendations. Nathan took his time and explained the issue and the steps needed to repair the issue. The AC was up and running by the end of the day! The guest were happy!
