They were very professional and arrived on time every day that they had to come. We were so pleased with their service. We took out their service plan because it fitted our needs. We loved how they interacted with us and let us know what they what they were doing and what was being done. I can give them enough credit or praise in this review. They had us up and running in one day.

I called Cooper's out for an a/c check up because my a/c wasn't blowing cool air and my heater was blowing cold air . From the time Tony came out and told me the bad news that I needed a new system, I could not have expected a nicer group of people to deal with. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Then when Paige, Dan, and Calab came out to install the system, they were so exceptionally nice, helpful, kind and friendly. They made sure that I knew everything that was going on,vthey answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond their duties and fixed 2 doors in my house that I could not fix because of my disability. They didn't have to but they did. I appreciate that so very much.

I would highly recommend this company for any of your air conditioner or plumbing services.

I called this company last night and led than 24 hours later they had my water heater replaced and working properly. Jonathan Hermosillo was prompt, extremely professional and very knowledgeable on services that I needed. They have just earned a loyal customer!

Daniel Eppes came and repaired our HVAC. He was very professional and did a wonderful job for us. I would highly recommend Daniel and Coopers for any and all work you would need done on Plumbing and Air.

I havent personally used this service but i do know a few of the employess. Caleb Ross is a new hire at Cooper's and having worked with this young man before I would definitely trust him with any of the services provided. Hes a kind caring and sincere man who is nothing but courteous and polite! 10/10 recommend

Today Mathew came out to service my a/c unit and was very helpful. He made recommendations for my air conditioner to expand the life of the unit. I highly recommend Coopers Heating and Air for all services needed for you a/c unit.

Scott was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me multiple options to add any improvements to the system or options on how to combat the one issue we found. His lighthearted personality was refreshing and he kept the vibe as positive as possible.

This is the worst HVAC and plumbing company you could ever use. They are completely dishonest and most of all they do not have the skill set to safely complete the work. They have taken over three months to complete a basic HVAC/Water Heater Swap. I would never trust anyone who works for this company to touch anything in my home, your putting your family at risk.

Just a few of the things we have gone through so far:

1. Lied about pulling permit until I called them on it then they pulled it online a few minutes after.
2. Lied about inspections, told me it takes four months to get an inspection, it takes 24 hours.
3. Installed nearly everything wrong, multiple times. I had to point out to the plumbers which lines went to the hot, cold and the discharge, they were unable to figure it out, they actually hooked up the main hot water line to the discharge line. The hot water heater fell off the wall twice before they realized they needed to mount it with backing.
4. Made enormous holes in the wall, left a giant mess.
5. Decided to just leave the old hot water heater in the backyard.
6. After I identified the discharge line for the water heater, rather than use it they sawed it off and ran a new discharge line out of the basement window where it can now flood the basement and the crawl space.
7. It is all still wrong, I could write a book about everything wrong with this company, we are now hiring a company to complete the work they started and are in capable of finishing.

Be warned - the sales people for this company are really good, but that is not what matters. The techs are incompetent, so is the management, and worst of all they are dishonest, you cannot trust these people. Don't make the same mistake we did.
