Bobby, Caleb and Daniel came to our house and replaced all the duct work. They were very professional and respectful. They were here early in the morning and worked till dark. They didn’t leave till they made sure everything was working correctly and all the garbage was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company for needs.

I normally don’t do reviews but because of the situation I felt compelled to brag on Cooper’s Heating And Air. Since living in our Victorian home without an upstairs working unit and dealing with constant repairs on our downstairs unit. We had been through four air-conditioning companies. I have to say using Coopers what’s the best decision our family has made. A guy name Chip with the company came out and did a great evaluation explaining everything so that we understood it. The way he articulated things we understood it not knowing the jargon from the air conditioning business. Everything went according to what he explained. Few days later two trucks showed up and went to work Dan Ryan Justin Paige and Jeffrey the install crew was amazing and careful not to damage our property. Chip later showed up and within hours everything was up and running. They showed us pictures of the old units and ductwork and then show this video and pictures of the completed task. This gave us a peace of mind knowing that it was such a large investment in our forever home. Thanks you Coopers.

Price outrageous. Paid 199.99 for tech to come to house for service call. Charged me almost $800.00 for a $160.00 fan and $400 for a $20.00 contactor. Looked them up on Amazon. I realize they should make a profit but shouldn’t gouge people. It was Christmas Eve so I was forced to pay it. They wanted to charge me $250 for a $25.00 replacement breaker, told him to forget it. Won’t ever use Coopers plumbing and air again.

I contacted Coopers because the a.c. unit finally went kaput. They sent out Will, who was patient, professional and gave us options. He was also kind enough to answer questions about the unit. Then he loaned us a window unit because of the blistering heat! Then I conversed with Tony who further explained a return and the need for a second one. They sent out Josh, Jonathon and Daniel E on Saturday to install the unit. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. The team at Coopers has been a breath of cool air for a hot situation. I will use them again and recommend their services.

I had a bad leak in the house water supply line that I could not repair myself. I called Cooper's and they sent somebody out that day (Friday) to fix the leak. Duke, the service tech, began to repair the leak, but was unable to complete the repair that day because of the late hour. He apprised me of what the repair would cost before leaving and I agreed that it was reasonable. He was also able to discount some of of the cost because I was a new customer and because he wasn't able to finish the job the same day. He returned early the next morning to complete the job, took photos of the broken pipe and the repair work and made sure I was satisfied with the work before I paid.
Cooper's was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. The person who answered the phone when I called was very polite and responsive to my water leak problem. She called to let me know approximately when the technician would arrive and that the tech would call when he was on the way. Which he did.
I am extremely satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Cooper's Plumbing & Air.

Mary was great in getting someone out the very next morning! Duke the technician was great! Said he could start very soon in replacing our sewer line! Very very pleased with everyone & everything!!!
