Yesterday Chip explained all of my options very well and promised to do his best to get our new ac unit here quickly. I was so happy to get a call early this morning saying they were on the way to my house! The installation team of Justin, Josh, and Jeffery were perfect today. They kept me updated and were very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

First let me say Tony, Chip and the team are awesome. When Dan, Ty and Kenneth came out to my brothers home they were very professional, friendly, organized and worked very swift and efficient. They worked well together and got the job done in less time than I thought it would take. They kept me informed on what was being done and what they had left to do! These guys are great and I highly recommend using them for your a/c, heater or plumbing needs.

Henry was such a great help with plumbing issues going above and beyond!

I am a Cooper's Heating &Air, happy customer , i give them 10 stars out of 5, also Mrs Mary, is awesome, her customer care skills an interaction with the customer, is so great , she makes you feel instantly like family. She was very concerned of my problem an she went above and beyond to resolve my situation, because of that I will be a faithful customer as long as she is there.

Mr. Tony was excellent!! He promptly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit. When I was waiting a week for parts to arrive, Mr. Tony went out of his way staying after work hours to install a window AC unit to cool my 90 degree home. He went above and beyond to help me, and I appreciated it!
I took off one star because (to no fault of Mr. Tony) the main office had forgotten to mark that we had purchased an extended warranty for parts and labor on our unit when we first purchased the HVAC unit from Cooper’s 2 years ago. We had to dig through old emails to find proof of payment for our warranty since they did not record our purchase. As soon as we showed them the warranty information, the AC repair was determined to be covered.

Cooper's provides excellent, professional service. I trust the representatives advice, and the folks you talk with on the phone are always friendly and helpful. Our A.C. has worked the best it has in the past 10 years ever since Cooper's has taken care of it. Our service technician (Scott Eppes) knows his stuff, is respectful, and honest. These are type of people I like giving my business to.

Chip contacted me right away and was able to come out next day and examined my system and provided solutions for problems that the other guys were not willing to work with. He gave a my options and worked with me and I have a new unit set to be installed on Monday afternoon. Coopers was a pleasure to work with they helped me get financing and worked with me on different options based on my situation and did not pressure me.
