Cooper's Plumbing & Air

Just want to share an experience I had with Jonathan Hermosillo at Cooper’s Plumbing and Air. Jonathan came out and surveyed the work that needed to be done. He provided a fair estimate along with a detailed explanation of what the repair consisted of. Work was quality and completed in a timely fashion. As a manager of local automotive dealership, I appreciate quality employees and Cooper’s has one in Jonathan. I Would definitely recommend and use these guys again.

Daniel was very friendly and professional in repairing the AC unit. He was able to find the issue quickly and repair it. At the same time, he gave helpful suggestions, and even fixed a long time connection problem, which is often overlooked by technicians came before. I really appreciate Daniel’s work today.

We were absolutely DESPERATE for someone to fix our ac---we are in a midst of a heat wave here in Tallahassee, and guests are flying in from up north for July 4th next week! I called one company in our capital city last night and twice this morning and finally got an answer---and they said a tech could not come out before tomorrow---at that time, temp: 82 degrees in my home office:( Although we had used this company for several years, we were losing confidence. We decided to take a chance and call someone else. Cooper answered immediately and sent Scott. He knew what was the problem, fixed it, offered expert advice, and was so professional--plus he is definitely a really nice guy: very friendly and very knowledgeable and patient with us two old people but not condescending. He never acted like he was in a hurry at all. I am writing this review while the room is quickly cooling us off. Ah..... it's so nice to have such a "cool" company and technician (temp: falling to a nice 72 degrees).

Joshua was great and very professional. But the visitation fee seemed a bit higher than most and should probably be waved if you agree to have them do a bunch of work.

Henry and Caleb were my technicians and they were great. Both were professional and very thorough in their work. My job was very tedious, but they worked tirelessly from start to finish. They made sure everything was working properly and tested before leaving. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Who needs quality service

I had a wonderful experience with Cooper's Plumbing & Air from the start with Mr. Chip with the consultation , then the installers Paige (GIRL POWER) and Daniel was amazing. They explained everything and help set up my warranty before leaving. It gets no better than this.. I Highly Recommend *****..

We've always had excellent experiences with Coopers and with our HVAC failing the day after Christmas, Coopers exceeded our expectations with their response to our service call. Daniel L showed up early the next morning to troubleshoot our existing system. When it was clear the aging system and required parts would be expensive, we met with Chip later that morning and he quickly provided four options for replacement systems that would meet our needs in addition to repairing our existing system. Given the age of our unit, we opted to install a new system. The install was completed quickly, (and on their described schedule), and the new system is working exactly as advertised. A big thanks to Paige and Daniel T for working so hard on the install and getting us back up and running. They also took the time to review the set up for the new system, including the enhancements to the air intake they were able to complete. In the time since the system was installed, we clearly have felt a difference in our home. The system is much more efficient, but the indoor air quality has greatly improved thanks to the installed media filter and air purification system. We've had Coopers do a lot of work for us over the years, and they really raised the bar again with such excellent service!

Had plumbing issue, called Wednesday, immediate call back set up for following day for technician. Jonathan showed up assessed situation gave estimate signed off on, began working right away. Cannot say enough about professionalism and work completed. Have someone to call on them jobs that are above my DIY capabilities. No need to shop around 1 call and get it handled.

Jonathan is A+++++.

I have been interested in buying a smart thermostat for my home for a while now. Daniel T has came to service my unit in the past and I had mention my interest in a new thermostat. He was able to install my smart thermostat in no time at all. He explained to me the many different uses for the new thermostat and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Daniel T and the Cooper's company!
