I am not satisfied with your service , we have logged a complaint last week with multiple reminder call made but the issue that was supposed to be resolved 2 weeks ago and paid for has cropped up again. We are also your monthly care customers and this treatment is not acceptable. We were promised prioritized response if we are on your monthly maintenance.

Daniel and John did a great job diagnosing our problem, and spent quite a bit of time explaining the details to us and looking for solutions. When our home warranty program said the unit was 15 years old and it was better to put in a whole new heat pump, Daniel and John arranged for Chip, the comfort consultant, to visit and give us an estimate on the various choices. Given that we are facing a hard freeze for 3 days in Tallahassee, and being right before Christmas, we were very appreciative that Cooper's Plumbing and Air was able to arrange for installation tomorrow!!. Thanks to Daniel, John and Chip!! TEN STARS!!!

Cooper's team of Paige, Dan & Ryan did an excellent job, above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had our new split heat pump installed in the midst of a 5-day hard freeze here in Tallahassee. Our unit stopped working the day before, and after the diagnosis team finished and it was determined that it would not be cost effective to install an expensive part in a 15 year old system, they were able to order a new unit for us. Installation occurred on a Saturday, Christmas Eve, in 20F weather outside, and not much warmer in the attic. The arrived at 0715 and worked smoothly together until everything was completed and tested at 1535. They also ensured that we were able to register the new unit online for the warranty. THANKS AGAIN!!! TEN STARS!!

Paige and Dan did an amazing job installing our new unit. My family and I are so thankful for this company for working with us, Paige was very thorough and explained everything about the new unit and future maintenance. The team was professional and now me and my girls look forward to the brutal Florida heat!

WOW!!! Is an under statement when it comes to the level of service we received. Ryan G and Daniel T were the best! They were so professional and nice to work with. They removed the old inside and outside unit and completely installed the new one. There attention to every detail was so reassuring. They covered every question and walked us through the operation of the new system. These guys deserve a big raise!
I will definitely recommend this business to everyone! And with great satisfaction and immense thanks to Cooper plumbing and air for the speed of service and install!

Bloody awful. Literally the worst plumbing experience ever. I can't believe I actually was charge $160 for your clearly unqualified people to show up to my house, do nothing, tell us nothing and then provide me with 7 different estimates that I did NOT even ask for. I almost disputed the charge but I am a busy lawyer and did not get around to it. If you had any concern for your customers or your reputation you would follow up with me and refund my money. The estimates written by your young untrained person are a jumbled mess and are utterly useless for any purpose.

Coopers plumbing and air is awesome! I had a major issue with my a/c and Daniel helped and went above and beyond. 5 starts highly recommend check them out.
