I really enjoyed Chip and Tonys professionalism and admire their educational approach they both were very informative and made me feel comfortable on making my decision. I will always use Cooper's Plumbing heating and air when I have any issues in the future.

Fantastic crew! Josh and Terry did an excellent job installing my York HMH7 inverted H/P. Daniel Eppes also put in two air purifiers a few months later. After that Jeffery, Justin, and Dan T added a new HVAC trunk and flex ducts plus blow-in insulation!

The guys showed up and did a wonderful job. I didn’t catch the older guys name, but Caleb, the younger one. I was super intuitive and knowledgeable about everything being done.

Great work, quality was high, at no point did I question the overall professionalism, competence, or the ethic of, "Caleb", and the older man he was with, in regard to the work they did. Prices weren't bad for the task at hand, either. Overall. 5/5

Misleading, when they say they are working to get you on the schedule that doesn't mean it will be that day. Be sure to ask more questions if given a vague response on timing. Waited all day on Wednesday with no show, called on Thursday and told it might not even be until Friday when they would get to us but that was after a lot of questions to get that answer.

Matthew was out at my property today doing AC evaluation and he's awesome!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Terry and Josh were absolutely wonderful! Extremely professional, thorough,worked together as a team very well to make the work process effective and time efficient. They really care about our well being and comfort and we trust them completely with any need that may arise. We could not ask for anyone better than these excellent technicians! We've used Cooper's for several years and are more than satisfied with them. You can depend on them!
